When Receiving Your Package

Before signing the courier delivery report, please check whether the box of your product shows any damage or problem. If there is any damage, missing content or the parcel tape has been opened, do not sign any delivery documents; hand the package back to the courier and ask for an official damage report. Once you have done this, your new products will be shipped to you immediately. If a package with a damaged box or claimed missing content is accepted, we cannot be held responsible for damage to or missing items inside.
