How do you get cat urine smell out of carpet and upholstery?

Urine odour lasts because the liquid soaks deep into the fibres and the carpet backing before drying; surface cleaning only lifts the top layer. Blot — do not rub, which spreads the stain — with paper towel, dampen the area with ODORGO Multi-Purpose Odour Eliminator, wait a few minutes and blot again. Once dry, apply the pet spray to the same spot. Do not cover the area before it is completely dry; trapped moisture brings the odour back.

How do you stop litter box smell?

Three things drive litter box odour: how often it is cleaned, where the box sits and the floor around it. Scoop at least once a day, move the box to a ventilated corner and place a pet gel beside it.
