Terms of Service
This English version is provided for information. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
1. What this document covers
1.1. These Terms of Service explain how you may use the odorgo.com.tr website (the “Site”) and set out the general rules for the services we offer through the Site. The Site is operated by Trigonium İlaç Anonim Şirketi (ODORGO). In this document, “we” means Trigonium İlaç Anonim Şirketi and “you” means the person using the Site.
1.2. The provisions applicable to your purchases are set out in the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract that you read and approve on the checkout page. The right of withdrawal, returns and defective product processes are also explained in plain language in the Return Policy. The processing of your personal data is explained in the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law – Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu) and Privacy Policy on the Site.
1.3. This document is not a contract separately approved when you place an order. When you place an order, your rights and obligations relating to that order are determined by the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract. If there is any difference between this document and those documents that is to your disadvantage, the provision more favourable to you applies.
1.4. Nothing in this document limits your rights under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection (6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun) and related legislation.

3.1. We ask that you use the Site for lawful purposes and with respect for the rights of others.
3.2. You must not attempt to disrupt the security or operation of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, or carry out transactions using another person’s details.
3.3. We take reasonable care to keep the Site running without interruption. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical faults. Such interruptions do not affect your rights or our obligations in relation to orders already placed.
4. Membership and account
4.1. You can place your order as a member or without becoming a member. It is important that the information you provide during membership is accurate and up to date, so that your order reaches the right address and the right person.
4.2. We recommend that you do not share your password with others. If you notice that your account has been used without your permission, notify us immediately at [email protected].
4.3. We may temporarily suspend or close your account only where there is a justified reason, and only in a manner proportionate to that reason. Justified reasons are: the account being opened in another person’s name or with misleading information, the account being used for fraud or another unlawful transaction, or use that endangers the security of the Site.
4.4. Before suspending or closing your account, we will notify you by e-mail stating the reason and give you a reasonable period to provide an explanation. Where security or the rights of others must be protected immediately, we may take action first; in that case we will send the notification without delay.
4.5. The suspension or closure of your account does not prevent orders already placed or your withdrawal, return, defective product and refund rights arising from those orders.
4.6. You may close your account at any time. Your requests for deletion of your account and personal data are handled through the channels explained in the KVKK and Privacy Policy. Records that legislation requires us to keep are retained for those periods.
5. Orders and formation of the contract
5.1. Before placing your order, we recommend that you review the product page and the “Order Summary” on the checkout page. The product name, quantity, number of units, price and total amount payable are shown there.
5.2. The distance sales contract is formed when you complete the order by approving the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract on the checkout page.
5.3. When you complete your order, your order details together with the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract are sent to your e-mail address.
5.4. If delivery of the product you ordered becomes impossible, how we will notify you and how we will refund your payment is set out in the Distance Sales Contract.
6. Price and payment
6.1. Prices on the Site include all taxes (Value Added Tax, KDV – Katma Değer Vergisi). Any shipping fee and applied discounts are shown separately in the “Order Summary” on the checkout page. No amount other than the total shown there will be requested from you.
6.2. Prices and campaigns announced on the product page are valid until they are updated. Campaigns announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the stated period. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
6.3. Payment methods and conditions are shown in the Pre-Information Form and on the checkout page. Your card details are not stored by us.
6.4. For orders placed by bank transfer/EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), payment must be made within 5 (five) days from the order date to the account notified on the checkout page and in the order e-mail. The order will not be prepared for dispatch until the payment has been credited to the account. If payment is not made within this period, the order will be cancelled with notice to you by e-mail and no amount will be claimed from you.
7. Obvious pricing error
7.1. Despite our careful work, a clearly incorrect price may appear for a product due to a technical or typing error. An obvious pricing error is a price that is clearly disproportionate to the product’s actual price and that has not been announced as part of any campaign, discount or promotion (for example, an extra or missing digit).
7.2. Prices we have announced as a campaign, discount or promotion are not considered obvious pricing errors.
7.3. If we detect an obvious pricing error, we will notify you by e-mail of the situation and the reason without delay.
7.4. A price change is applied only with your express acceptance. Your not accepting the change, or not responding to our notification, is not in itself a reason to cancel the order. No price difference will be charged to you without your approval.
7.5. If the order is cancelled for any reason, all payments received from you, including the shipping fee, will be refunded immediately and in full, in a manner consistent with your payment instrument and in a single payment. No cost will be passed on to you.
7.6. The provisions on error of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 (6098 sayılı Türk Borçlar Kanunu) and the statutory rights of the parties are reserved.
8. Delivery
8.1. Delivery is made only to addresses within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye.
8.2. Orders are handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Delivery throughout Türkiye takes at most 7 (seven) business days from the date the order reaches us.
8.3. For orders placed by bank transfer/EFT, the dispatch and delivery periods start from the date the payment is credited to our account.
8.4. In any event, delivery cannot exceed thirty days from the date the order reaches us.
8.5. Your orders are shipped with one of our contracted carriers. If a carrier is shown on the checkout page, your order is shipped with that carrier. The carrier handling your order and the tracking number are also notified to you by e-mail when the order is handed over to the carrier. Details are in the Shipping Policy.
8.6. We are responsible for loss and damage occurring until the product is delivered to you or to the person you designate. Your rights in the event of delayed delivery are set out in the Distance Sales Contract.
8.7. For the periods in this article, “business day” means any day other than Saturday, Sunday and official public holidays.
9. Withdrawal, returns and defective products
9.1. Your right of withdrawal, the return process, return shipping costs, refunds, the hygiene exception and defective product rights are governed by the Pre-Information Form, the Distance Sales Contract and the Return Policy.
9.2. Those documents apply to these matters. This document does not change or narrow any of those provisions.
10. Product information
10.1. The essential characteristics, instructions for use and warnings of the products are provided on the product page and on the product packaging. We ask that you use the products in accordance with these instructions and warnings.
10.2. Product images are for the purpose of presenting the product. Depending on screen and device settings, there may be minor differences in colour and appearance. If the delivered product does not conform to the characteristics stated on the product page, your defective product rights are reserved.
11. Commercial electronic messages
11.1. We send e-mails, SMS (Short Message Service) or similar commercial electronic messages containing campaigns, discounts and promotions only if you have given prior consent, in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun).
11.2. Giving consent is not a condition for placing an order or becoming a member.
11.3. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge. To do so, you can use the opt-out link included in every message we send, write to [email protected], or opt out via the Message Management System (İleti Yönetim Sistemi – İYS). We will stop promotional messages on the relevant channel within 3 (three) business days after your opt-out reaches us.
11.4. Necessary information relating to order, payment, delivery and return transactions may be sent to you within the scope of cases where prior consent for commercial electronic messages is not required. These notifications do not contain product or service promotion.
12. Personal data
12.1. Your personal data are processed in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
12.2. Which of your data we process, for what purpose and on what legal basis, to whom we transfer your data, and how you can exercise your rights under the KVKK are explained in the KVKK and Privacy Policy.
12.3. Using the Site does not mean that you give explicit consent to the processing of your personal data. Where explicit consent is required, your consent is obtained separately.
13. Intellectual property
13.1. The text, images, videos, the ODORGO name and logo, design and other content on the Site belong to Trigonium İlaç Anonim Şirketi or to third parties that license the content to us.
13.2. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Sharing for personal and non-commercial purposes and uses permitted by law are reserved.
14. Liability
14.1. We take care to keep product information, prices and stock status accurate and up to date. If we notice an error, we will correct it without delay and inform the owners of orders affected by the error.
14.2. We are liable for damage arising from our own fault within the framework of the provisions of law. Our liability arising from intent and gross negligence cannot be limited or excluded in any way. Cases of strict (no-fault) liability arising from law are also reserved.
14.3. If we are unable to fulfil our obligations on time due to events beyond our control and not foreseeable in advance (force majeure), such as earthquake, fire, flood, epidemic, war, general strike or decisions of public authorities, we will inform you without delay. In that case, your termination and refund rights under the Distance Sales Contract are reserved.
14.4. The Site may contain links to other sites. The content and practices of those sites are not under our control; their own terms apply on those sites.
14.5. Nothing in this article limits your rights under Law No. 6502 and related legislation.
15. Changes
15.1. We may update these Terms of Service due to changes in legislation or changes in service conditions. The current text is published on this page together with the last updated date.
15.2. Changes apply to orders placed after the date they are published on this page. For orders placed earlier, the text in force on the order date and the Pre-Information Form and Distance Sales Contract you approved for that order apply.
15.3. We will notify you of significant changes affecting your membership or your use of the Site at your membership e-mail address before they take effect. Where legislation requires your acceptance, the change applies to you only with your acceptance.
